NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. It's a single-window entrance examination conducted in India for admission to undergraduate medical programs, including MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), and AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) courses.

The exam is a computer-based test with multiple-choice questions covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. NEET score is used to determine admission to medical colleges across India based on merit and counseling processes.

NEET's introduction in 2013 marked a significant shift in the Indian medical education landscape. Prior to this, several state-level entrance exams were conducted for admission to medical colleges. This fragmented system often led to disparities in admission processes and opportunities. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible for conducting the exam.

The NEET 2025 application process can be completed online through the NEET official website.

• Registration: Visit neet.ntaonline.in and sign up for NEET 2025. Provide your active phone number and email ID to generate your unique application number.
• Fill out the form: Log in using your credentials and complete the application form with your personal, academic, and other required details.
• Upload documents: Scan and upload the required documents, including your photograph and signature, following the specifications mentioned in the NEET 2025 brochure.
• Payment: Pay the application fee online using Debit/Credit card, Netbanking, or UPI.
• Confirmation: Once payment is successful, save a copy of the confirmation page for your records.

To fix any errors in their application form, candidates could use the NEET 2025 correction window until March. NEET 2025 Cutoff
